DOCUMENTATION FOR PV FARMS
Before a process of building PV farms begins, some administrative decisions must be issued. Before you Apple for necessary permissions and the preparation of a realization project by us, you must choose an optimized location for PV farm, and gain the right for unlimited using the property
Next, a project is prepared and developed. When the project of PV farm is ready and when you are willing to sell energy produced by the farm, you must prepare the following documents:
Decision of environmental conditions – given by the Community Head appropriate for the investment location and for the investment terrain superior than 1 ha – time of receiving the decision 3-4 months.
Decision of construction conditions – given by the Community Head appropriate for the investment location in case the terrain is covered by the plan of construction you just receive a register and a copy of the plan – time of receiving 3-4 months.
Conditions of connection – given by the energy operator (Tauron, Energa, Enea, PGE, Innogy). Time of receiving – 120 days after the confirmation that the application is Computerworld and paying the required anticipation fee.
Decision of construction conditions – given by the Community Head appropriate for the investment location in case the terrain is covered by the plan of construction you just receive a register and a copy of the plan – time of receiving 3-4 months.
Permission for a changed construction – Given by a Head of County if necessary.
Pre-qualification for the RES auction – the document is issued by the Energy Regulatory Office.
Obtaining a license to sell energy from the Energy Regulatory Office.
Other documents that are also required:
- Decision of excluding the terrain from production
- Decision of agreement for the road exit
- Decision of agreement for the connection
- Services, etc
- Geodetical map of the terrain
- Decision of environmental protection
So the whole documentation process is a long and difficult one.The whole investment might be completed in 1,5-2 years after the whole process begins. A positive decision for all formalities might allow you to building solar power plants in a way described in connection conditions and project of installation.

WHAT KIND OF TERRAIN FOR PV FARMS?
In order to build a solar power plant we need a current terrain that would be adequate for it. It should fullfil certain conditions.
Helios Strategia Polska has elaborated those conditions. While choosing the ground, we musi remember it should:

- Be less than 2 ha (in case of agricultural or industrial terrain),
- It should stay away from protected areas (in exceptional case it might be a protected landscape area or Nature 2000 area),
- A chosen location should not have a construction plan or it should have a permission for a PV farm.
- The soul should have a IV, V or VI class
- Only mineral soils are allowed. Organic soils are excluded from PV farms construction.
- A minimal width of ground should be 60 meters
- A location should have access to road, and a hard-material road is preferred
- While chosing the location, we must remember about lack of trees that would limit the access to solar rays and other objects that generate shadow. Small group of trees or some single trzęsie are allowed.
- A distance to medium voltage or high voltage lines should be bigger than 1000 metres.
- Distance from transformation station shouldn’t be bigger than 10 km
- The terrain should be out of flood terrains.
- The chosen location shouldn’t have irrigation ditches.
- The chosen grunt should not be a part of archeological examinations or excavations.
- Flat terrains are preferred.
