It is worth knowing about this before signing the contract. Which plots meet the requirements? Here are the features they should stand out by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>minimum size 1 ha,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>land class IV, V or VI,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>no shade by trees or buildings,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>easy access via a paved road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Land prices for solar farms in Poland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost of purchasing a site that meets the above conditions is on average PLN 18.5 thousand. PLN \/ ha. We also must remember that <strong>the prices of land for solar farms<\/strong> vary depending on the region. Thus, the most must be paid in the Ma\u0142opolskie voivodship (approx. PLN 28,000 \/ ha), and the least in Podlaskie (approx. PLN 14,000 \/ ha). However, these are average values.
